Unlicensed gambling is a crime in the UAE
The UAE Penal Code punishes gambling with up to two years in prison or a fine, unless the activity is licensed by the GCGRA. The casinos listed here are offshore and hold no UAE licence. The legal risk of playing from the UAE is high.

The law in United Arab Emirates
Articles 460 to 463 of the Penal Code (Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021) cover gambling, with separate offences for players and organisers. The GCGRA, created in 2023, licenses commercial gaming, including lotteries and internet gaming.
