Greentube, a popular division of Novomatic Interactive and developer of top-quality slots, is continuing with its ambition to expand across the United States. This is after the company secured its latest iGaming license in Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania Approves Greentube's Entry into the State

The accreditation from the PGCB (Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board) allows Greentube unlimited access to the market, allowing the company to conclude contracts with new online casinos. The Europe-based game developer will now supply its entire portfolio of top-performing online casino games in the fast-rising North American market.

According to monthly financial reports from PGCB, the state recorded a total gambling handle of $62.2 million in February 2023. This marked a 21.6% year-on-year increase. In what should be good news for Greentube, online slots recorded a 36.3% revenue jump to $98.8 million

Greentube says it has already lined up several new online casino games to launch in the Keystone State. This includes top-grossing series like Thunder Cash and Diamond Cash, as well as new titles like Cyber Wildz and Money Maker.

Greentube's accreditation in Pennsylvania marks a significant milestone for the company as this becomes its fourth state to launch its content. Besides Pennsylvania, Greentube is also legal in three other states, including:

  • Connecticut
  • New Jersey
  • Michigan

Commenting on this partnership, Michael Bauer, Greentube's CFO/CGO, said:

"Receiving a license to offer our market-leading content in Pennsylvania is another important milestone for Greentube as it continues to expand its presence across North America. We are looking forward to working alongside operators within the state to serve players with our unique brand of entertaining content."

Greentube's launch in the Pennsylvania market comes on the heels of recent news that the company plans to strengthen its content creation capabilities in the US through a partnership with Flamingocatz, a fast-ring gaming studio in the region. The content aggregator is also in the advanced stages of purchasing a US-based game development studio, Present Creative.

In addition, the Novomatic division recently announced an extension to its existing contract with Rush Street Interactive, a popular operator in North America. This partnership allowed Greentube to launch its content on a popular online casino platform in Michigan and Ontario.
